Property Description

Your recreational weekend city getaway awaits! Situated in the desirable Catskill Mountains in the Town of Neversink, this picturesque parcel offers beautiful mountain views and is conveniently located on a fully paved mountain road-less than two hours from NYC. With Lake Paradise and Wynkoop Brook just down the road, it is the ultimate nature-lover's basecamp... Enjoy this nicely wooded, partially fenced lot as your own personal seasonal retreat. It's the ideal spot to escape the hustle of the city, fire up the BBQ, gather around a campfire, and gaze at the night sky. For the self-motivated, out-of-the-box thinker, creating a seasonal, off-grid cabin could be a unique possibility. Please note: Due to the lot's steep slope and dimensions, traditional well and septic systems are not feasible. This property could be suited for eco-friendly, off-grid alternatives such as a composting/dry toilet and alternative water sourcing (such as rain catchment or hauling)...Surrounded by nature, you'll be remarkably close to the Neversink and Rondout Reservoirs, alongside numerous other pristine lakes and streams. It's a premier location to hike, kayak, boat, fish, and hunt. When you're ready for entertainment or dining, major area attractions are just a short drive away, including the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, Resorts World Catskills Casino, and the Kartrite Indoor Water Park... With low taxes and endless outdoor potential, there is something truly special about owning your own piece of earth. Come be inspired on your own private Catskills hillside!
